Placed an order on the 9th March way before Eid, still haven’t received my order tracking shows delivered completely to wrong address.
Company is blaming logistics/delivery company who sent another wrong tracking photo still not my house. Have emailed the company several times for an update they have not offered anything no good will gesture/ no refund nothing! At this point I do not even want the item anymore and would just like my refund back as I haven’t received anything from them.
Customer service terrible wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.
